We endeavor to ship the order within 1 hour from the time the order is confirmed and payment is made.
Food Order Online Service Confirmation & Delivery
Once our vendors received the order confirmation, the user has to be able to receive the order once the delivery has arrived. If this is not possible, the user can assign another person to receive the delivery. However, if no one is able to receive the delivery, Foodmama or the service providers can not be responsible and the order will still be billed to the user.
What is the Foodmama’s cancellation policy?
After you place an order, you can cancel your order anytime after submitting the order but BEFORE the restaurant accepts the order. To do so, tap “Cancel Order” in the order tracking screen.
If you would like to cancel an order AFTER an order has been accepted by a restaurant, you will need to call our support team at +011 2222 2225. Our support team will then confirm with the restaurant that they have not begun preparing your food and are ok with the cancellation. If the restaurant has started preparing the food, we will be unable to issue a full refund for the order.
